What We Do:
Living Areas:
Wipe and sanitize surfaces: tables, shelf units, ceiling fans, frames, other decor.
Wipe and stage drapes, pillows, chairs and sofa.
Wipe light switches, spot check walls.
Dust window blinds, and clean windowsills
Sweep and Mop/Vacuum floors and baseboards.
Kitchen:
Wash and put away dishes.
Clean and sanitize surfaces: sink, counters, tables, cabinets.
Clean and sanitize the outside of appliances: toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave.
Remove trash, clean and sanitize trash can;
* Replace liners * provided by client.
Wipe light switches, spot check walls.
Dust window blinds, and clean windowsills
Sweep and Mop/Vacuum floors and baseboards.
Deep Cleaning /Move-out:
Remove food left in refrigerator, scrub inside disinfect.
Check the freezer for food and if necessary, defrost.
Clean inside of oven.
Wipe interior and exterior of cabinets.
Clean interior windowpanes.
Bathrooms:
Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, counters, shower, bathtub, toilet; lid, seat, bowl, tank, toilet brush.
Clean and polish the mirrors.
Empty, clean and sanitize vanity trash can.
Wipe light switches, spot check walls.
Dust window blinds, and clean windowsills
Sweep and Mop/Vacuum floors and baseboards.
* Replace liners * provided by client.
* Replace toilet paper and soap * provided by client.
Deep Cleaning/ Move-out:
Wash bath towels and replace bath towels on racks. Wipe interior and exterior of cabinets, medicine cabinet.
Clean interior windowpanes.
Bedrooms:
Make bed, stage pillows.
Dust surfaces: furniture, shelves and decorative items.
Wipe light switches, spot check walls.
Dust window blinds, and clean windowsills.
Sweep and Mop/Vacuum floors and baseboards.
Deep Cleaning/ Move-out:
Wash and dry Comforter, sheets, pillows, shams.
Wash and dry curtains.
